Please reach us at info@naturallyunwrapped.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Please note if you have allergies. Due to the nature of the refiling process, allergens can become airborne and cross contamination can occur, this could pose a serious risk to you. We do apologise to those this affects.
If you already have plastic items already please bring them along to refill. The store is about cutting down on single use plastics, don’t waste what we already have in use. If it can be weighed it can be reused.
Our shop was fitted out using almost all recycled materials.
We care about doing the right thing for the planet and work with selected wholesalers who have strong ethical standards and are interested in reducing environmental impact.
All equipment is sanitised throughout the day and the shop thoroughly cleaned each evening. The gravity dispensers and scoop bins are cleaned regularly. Dispensers are refilled in a separate sanitised area and the shelf life of food is recorded.
Hand sanitiser is provided at the shop entrance and we do request that this is used before entering and please only bring clean containers to the shop.
All of our liquid products are vegan, cruelty free and biodegradable. They are supplied by small family businesses who have set out to change the way we consume products, to do more with less. They offer a closed loop system, collecting, refilling and returning the containers to our shop, making it a circular system with no waste.
We recommend labelling and using the same bottle to refill detergents, so you know exactly what they contain. Although products are made up of naturally derived ingredients they can be harmful if ingested by children.
Sustainability is continuous for us, we are always reviewing suppliers and the way we do things. We are interested in hearing from customers and local businesses who can help us improve on what we do.
